Financial Policy 
Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at (888) 789-9850 to review your concerns. Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. To facilitate this goal we have developed the following financial options: A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $200 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented or in advance of scheduling the appointment. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PulseCard, American Express, and Care Credit are all accepted in our office. No interest payment plans and payment plans with low interest for up to 5 years based on credit check. Brush Your Teeth Daily! For good oral health, brush your teeth twice a day with a good fluoride toothpaste! How Old Is Your Toothbrush? Replace your toothbrush every 3 or 4 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed. A worn toothbrush won't do a good job of cleaning your teeth. A Healthy Diet Makes a Healthy Smile! For healthy teeth and gums, eat a balanced diet and limit between-meal snacks. Go easy on sugary treats! |
